Comedian turned actor Sunil’s latest offering Krishnashtami was released on last Friday and received mixed reviews from the audience. Despite being panned by critics, the film managed to rake in Rs.6 crore in its opening weekend in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states.
The movie has begun with making average business at the box office and is expected to garner decent collections in the second week as it is getting good response and positive word of mouth from the audience. The film goes well with masses.
Directed by Vasu Varma, the film also stars Nikki Galrani and Dimple Chopade. Produced by Dil Raju, the film has music by Dinesh Kanagarathnam.
