A massive set has been erected in the outskirts of Hyderabad for the shooting of the second part of Baahubali. Apart from Ramoji Film City and Annapurna Studios, where the principal shooting of part one was done, the unit has also set up a set in a third location.
This massive set is being used to film some very important action sequences and confrontation scenes, according to our sources. Director S.S. Rajamouli has upped the ante for the second part and he is promising a bigger, more emotionally rewarding cinematic experience.
Arka Mediaworks is producing this project and Prabhas is playing the lead role, with Rana Daggubati doing the negative character. The first part of the film is going to release in China and Europe later this summer.
Rajamouli and his team are planning to release the second part, titled ‘Baahubali – The Conclusion’, in 2017.
