It is already a known fact that the renowned actor Aravind Swamy has been roped in for the Telugu remake of Thani Oruvan. Before Aravind Swamy name was finalized, there were many names like Nagarjuna, Dr. Rajasekhar did the rounds.
However, the makers finally succeed to rope in Aravid Swamy to reprise himself. It is learnt that the producer wanted to lift some scenes and just dub it instead of going for a complete shoot. Aravind Swamy would be working only on a certain important number of days.
Since the remake rights have been bought, the producers have the rights to include some footage from the film. Thani Oruvan has become a big blockbuster and the villain is being talked about for his role than anyone in the story. Ram Charan Tej is the main lead in the Telugu version and the film will be directed by Surendar Reddy.
